I can never get a refill over the phone because the staff never submits it. I have been without medication because they are so slow on renewing prescriptions that my pharmacy sends them. If I am unable to make an appointment because of something unforseeable, even if I call a few weeks in advance, I am not able to schedule an appointment for another 3 months. I am seriously thinking about looking for another physician.

I totally hate the staff!!! I am trying to reach my doctor, and the assistant never gives my messages to my doctor and she always gives me a nasty attitude. I am going to find a different doctor I am tired of a lack of respect!!!
