They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. My input was completely ignored here in regards to my treatment method. They made me feel stupid for saying anything at all.
