Their staff wasn't understanding or helpful at all. It seemed like they were going out of their way to ignore me. They weren't caring or devoted at all. In fact, they left me unattended for a very long time. I needed help, but they weren't around. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment and it was at Jackson south instead of his office(to accomodate him). I was very disappointed. Trying to get an appointment with them is horrible. They are almost always booked or unavailable.
This dr was going to perform surgery with genreal anesthia in his "OWNED"private facility.When I cancelled the scheduled surgery,he never billed me for $7.00 and sent me to a collection agency TWO years later,even though he was paid first by medicare and secondly BCBS.
He was arrogant and totally unethical. DO NOT USE THIS DR!!!!!!!!!!
No wonder he"s got 1 1/2 star for a rating.
