I took my son to see Dr. Tseng. I did a lot of research before I went and seen several positive things about "different" procedures that he does. So, I made the appointment and went. When we made the appointment we asked their office if they were in network with our insurance since we were coming from Louisville, KY to Miami, FL and they said that they were.

They do seem to have a lot of high tech equipment in the office and was quite impressive at first. Things changed after that though. After they examined my son they of course recommended a surgery which after further research is what they recommend to just about everyone that walks through their doors(so, if you go be prepared for surgery.) After our appointment we we told that we had to pay our bill in full and that they would bill our insurance for us and that we would get reimbursed from our insurance. Wrong answer!! Denied!! They are not an in-network provider. I called their office to discuss this with them and they said that they do not accept any insurance and they always tell people that when they make their appointment. Again wrong answer!!! They never told us that. This seems like a very shady business to me. I definitely would not trust my sons care to people who run their business like Dr Tsengs office does.
