I went in to have my wisdome teeth taken out. My apt was already late at night and when they got me in the chair they went and worked on everyone but me. I was the only white person in there and i was ignored. Also when the guy gave me the anestetic he was very rough and hurt me. They took my teeth out fine but when I went home and called because the bleeding did not stop. they had me on hold for 45 min and then told me that the emergency doctor was not available and that i would have to call back in the morning. If i could give no stars I would. I wont go here ever again.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
