They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
