I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
