They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
