They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, their office is very out of date in their interior and in their equipment. Definitely not a state of the art office. I need to go all the way to Visalia to see a specialist because this office could not figure out what was wrong with my tooth. Ended up going to another dentist in Lemoore who figured it out in minutes. The office was easy enough to find, but I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Don't waste your time!

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
