Everyone in the La Quinta office gave me SUPERIOR service especially Sameer and Dr. Katafias. In fact there was a mix-up regarding my appt. with the front desk and Sameer went well above and beyond getting me in immediately due to a facial pain issue. He was professional, kind and helpful, what an asset he is to your office. Dr. Katafias is simply the BEST dentist I've dealt with during my odesy with my condition. I have an awful face pain condition and he took the necessary time, was more patient, and did everything he could to aleve my anxiety with his expertise and humor. I was so 'iffy' on going to what appeared to be a clinic but those fears were unfounded. I cannot express adequately my satisfaction with this group of people. All the front office staff is helpful, cheerful and efficient. Thank you.
