This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to. First they typed my phone number incorrectly even though I had it written as clear as possible. When I noticed it and went back to tell them to fix it they said they would but the impression that I got from the lady at the desk was that she didn't even care. This was minor compared to what I'm going through with them right now. I was billed for my tests that I never got the results for. I called them twice, on separate occasions to get my results back. Both times they said they would, but no one ever called or wrote to me. But the bills kept coming. I called just now after 2+ months again to tell them the situation. They kept transferring me from one person to the next without hearing the full story. I told them that not only do I want my test results, but I would like to pay for my balance but a reduced amount because of the inconveniences that they put me through (I still don't have my test results - what sense does it make for me to pay for the results that I never got?). They transferred me, yet again, to the supervisor who conveniently happened to not be there. I left a message but I don't expect a call back. I will have to keep bothering them. This was not worth the hassle. On top of being rude and unprofessional, the people working there were also snobby and seemed to have an attitude. I will never go to this place ever again. Because of their incompetence I am also advising everyone to stay away from this office.

They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The office staff nearly insisted on doing my lab work and continued to have problems dealing with an out of town patient.
