She is arrogant, complacent and unbelievably cold. Poor bedside manners..yuk! She might have helped a few women in the past, which she thinks earned her the right to think the world of herself, and with that in mind treats patients with such indifference. She is NOT in it to help us. On top of all that...her billing department is very unethical, they charge for procedures that have NOT been performed. Caught them over 4 times, my neighbour had the same problem with her. She advertises in spanish magazines that are well read in Latin America. Don't be fooled, these are PAID advertisements, paid by her that is. I am not saying that she isn't knowledgeable, but she can stick her knowledge you know where.
