There is one woman that answers the phones that is horrible! She is the rudest person and should not be involved with customer care at all! We have been trying to get a prescription refilled for a month now. The last time I called to tell her it still wasn't called in, she hung up on me. That was last week and it still isn't called in. All I can say is I am glad he isn't a cardiologist!
