Dr Popkin is intelligent and compassionate. Her office and staff are all happy and helpful. She listened and found out what was wrong with me, something three other GIs never did for me. She saw me when I had an emergency instead of making me go to the ER for hours. She gave me recommendations that were not only medications. Also, she personally called my insurance company to get my medications paid for me to take and did not charge extra as others do that I have been to many times. She gave me samples until I received my medications. She was recommended to me by my friend who works at the Memorial West Hospital who told me all the nurses go to her and love her.
