They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Taylor obviously loves what he does. He's great at it...repaired my torn rotator cuff with an excellent recovery after he tried to get me asymptomatic with pt. I like that he was open to alternatives other than surgery, but when it was time to go under, his staff was great at making arrangements and following up. He may be a busy guy, but if you assert your need for additional attention, which is your obligation as he isn't a mind reader, he's happy to provide.
