The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
