While the dentist is good, the office (under his direction) cannot be relied on to provide accurate information about what your insurance will or will not cover. So you may be surprised to find something they told you would be covered is in fact not. All risk is to be assumed by the patient. This experience caused me to find another dentist office. It was a very expensive and unpleasant experience. Be very careful in dealing with this office.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
