The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
