.All this office cared about was billing and getting their money for whatever they could. All but the medical assistant was as rude as can be. I went in for a physical exam that should have been coded and billed accordingly. Upon investigation with my insurance I found out they billed for 3 diagnosis with symptoms never brought up or discussed. Upon questioning the nurse via a follow up phone call she stated that ever since joining the Primary Care Associates practice they were pressured to bill more. While the bill was of secondary importance I am concerned with the impact to my personal medical record and obtaining Life Insurance in the future. Nobdoy listened to my concerns and deemed me a difficult patient. I was told to take my busines elswehere. I would NOT recommend this doctor or the office.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
