Their office was slightly cold, but nothing concerning. Seriously, we should all be smart enough to know by now that we need to bring a light jacket or sweater when visiting a healthcare professional or a movie theater. They are nice and professional. Dr. White is kind, gentle, and doesn't try to talk to you too much while he's working. They have TV at each chair so you can watch what you want. They call to remind me about the appointments. They always request I call back so they know I got the message...which I find a little bit annoying, but I understand since there are a lot of flaky patients out there. I have been on hold but only briefly.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.
