This place in incredibly unprofessional. STAY AWAY and find another dentist office that's not confused in the health industry. This place has rescheduled me multiple times, they are trying to reschedule me again for a root canal... A ROOT CANAL. I was supposed to have my teeth fixed on Jan 3rd including a root canal, broken/rotting tooth that needs extraction and bone graph, a filling and a new fake tooth to replace another fake chipped tooth in my mouth. Literally just called me to try and reschedule for the end of Feb.. THE END OF FEB! Jan 3rd this was supposed to be fixed! These people don't care about the patient, they care about who's not paying with insurance so they can collect. Thats what's important to these dentists and staff, not the patient, I feel totally neglected from this place after they told me how serious my mouth is in need of work. After all that crap the dentists talked to me about, saying "we need to get this fixed as soon as possible" and then they go and try and reschedule and tell me I'm only scheduled for a teeth cleaning on the 19th. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! A TEETH CLEANING! Why would I want a teeth cleaning when my teeth haven't even been fixed? Clearly, I want my teeth cleaned as the last step in this process, not the first. This place has already lied to me once making up the excuse that the surgeon won't be in on Jan 3rd, hmm ok fine, so we rescheduled to the 19th, but apparently just for a teeth cleaning, when they assured me the surgeon would be available to help me since the 3rd was no longer an option. I have two black teeth you nitwits. Does rescheduling all the way till the end of Feb sound smart to a dentist!? WTF. Then the person calling me has the nerve to ask me if I've got the OK from insurance to do the work? UMM excuse me. Thats not my job to find out what my insurance will and will not cover. WHY WOULD I HAVE TO CONTACT MY INSURANCE TO GET WORK DONE THROUGH A DENTIST? IM NOT A DENTIST I DONT KNOW WHAT ALL NEED TO BE DONE THATS YOUR JOB! This is like calling somebody who just broke their arm and asking, "did you contact your insurance to see if your broken arm is covered and can get a cast". IDIOCRACY. Don't smoke weed and go into work, especially when it comes to people's teeth that can have serious repercussions on the brain if not taken care of in the proper time. Very untrustworthy office.
