I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Very close to hospital, right across the street.

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
