The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
