Every time I call for an appointment I'm kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Nobody picks up the phone!!! All I hear is music. You need to change your message that you leave on people you call because...it is soooo broken up and can't understand what it says. I've tried calling for an appointment for a follow-up several times and cannot get anyone to answer the phome. I GIVE UP!!!

The doctor listened and responded to all of my questions. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. Dr Nicholas has been my primary physician for years.
