The do a good job in the office, and generally take excellent care. But they don't do a great job of explaining processes and what results may be expected. I appreciate their follow up care, which is excellent.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. In addition I asked some questions of whether a procedure would be covered by my insurance. They said they would call my provider and get back to me. They never did, nor did they send anything reminding me that an appointment was due for my children. (Most dental offices will send a courtesy reminder now). The other thing that was REALLY bothersome was the dentist made several references to my son's weight. Completely inappropriate.
