They make sure patient questions are answered, and are available if patients think of any more questions after their visit. Their staff is friendly and welcoming and treats problems confidentially. They are warm and professional, and make everyone feel comfortable. They have translation services available whenever needed. There is never a question about a patient's ability to pay interfering with necessary care.
