Dr. Harned always listens to everything I have to say. No. he does not always agree with me and he tells me why. I don't always like it but I know he is telling me what I need to know. He is very thorough and absolutely does not push drugs on me. Just the opposite. He always provides the least expensive alternative he can whenever drugs are necessary. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
