Dr ??? Bakar put braces on my daughter 2yrs ago. He said she was finished and that I should sign a paper saying I was happy with his work. I declined and stipulated on the paper I did not know how well he did. He put in her retainers and said good-bye. I had to take my daughter to Loma Linda University Dental to diagnose her jaw. After examining my daughter I was advised that Dr. ??? Bakar's work was substandard and she would need braces to correct his work. They referred me to USC Dental to correct the work. At University of Southern California Dental. They confirmed his lackluster substandard work. A conman who doesn't abide by the christian ethics of normal people. A law suit is in the works. He can screw up a lot of children in the meantime. BEWARE!!!!!

Worst customer service ever!

Message after message not answered! Gave them two chances and both times it was a total epic fail I had to pay additional funds out of my own money to get the work re done and a amazing facility. Old management never followed up with my insurance company to get things paid but now that Anabel is doing a audit of my account they refuse to refund my money for their mistakes!!!!!!

I WILL NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS USE SMILE CARE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE I KNOW (not even my worse enemy). I have been super patient with you guys but now it is time to let people know how extremely unprofessional this facility is.

Btw getting hold of the on call dentist after a temp crown falls off and your scared (because you weren't given instructions that this can occur) and in tremendous amount of pain) GOOD LUCK!!!!

Charging for services that never were completed or started and then having the client wait for refunds of personal money because y'all made the mistake ....hmmm Its something to think about !

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
