I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The front office staff was unprofessional and seemed better suited to work in a fast food enterprise then a dental office. In addition to overall unprofessionalism they were rude an treated simple questions (if they dentist referred my child elsewhere to whom would that be? How much would white amalgam filling cost instead of silver?) as if I was expecting them to go to the moon and back.
My mother was with us and after we left her comment was, " it felt like we were waiting at the welfare office".
