They are lying, cheating scammers. They lied about being in-network (preferred providers) with my insurance MULTIPLE times. As a result, I've been grossly overcharged. When I confronted them about this, they said "Oh, well we used to be in-network". Firstly, that turned out to be a lie too (I asked my insurance company). Secondly, "used to be" would not have helped me anyway. Then they started ignoring my calls, hanging up on me, refusing to release my records to a new dentist.
When I asked why they lied about being in-network, I was told "we still honor in-network pricing, we just don't want to lose customers".
Again, I was not given in-network pricing. On my second visit, they did not apply insurance at all! I was given the FULL BILL to pay out of pocket. When asked why, I was told it was because I "decided to go to another dentist. The in-network pricing only applies if you do ALL of your work with us."
I'm fed up. They'll be hearing from my lawyer.
