I waited about 15 minutes l after I arrived for my son's appointment, then several people were called and since we didn't move quick enough we kinda went through the doors and then didn't know where to go. There were a few nurses in the back who ignored us until I asked which room to go in. Then upon entering an exam room there were hypodermic needles filled with liquid needles pointed down in an old gauze box unwrapped and ready to use. I don't think that was very safe. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it, first words out of Dr. Kovaleski's mouth were "when were you here last?" Not good considering this was our first visit. My son was referred to a dermatologist from his pediatrician because of a small rash on the side of his mouth, Dr. Kovaleski seemed to not be concerned of this saying it would go away when he gets older (he is 6). I had to ask again for some type of cream, something, to help him. All while he is trying to examine my arms. Seriously?! I guess he finally realized I wasn't caving, so he prescribed a cream for him, which isn't helping by the way. On his finishing his exam he made sure to tell me that his office does other procedures too. What a rip!!!! I go in for help with my son and he wants to pitch botox?! After I paid $ for the visit, I will assure you I will not be back, seems too much like herding cattle and not much care.
