I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.

I've began visiting Dr. Rosa before he was in practice for himself and I followed him to his private practice years ago because of his professionalism and excellent care. In fact, although I live on the Westside of Jacksonville now, I continue to drive all the way to his office off of Hodges because I am that happy with my care. His new hours are unusual and kind of annoying, but I generally don't have problems getting an appointment.
