I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. It was great that I didn't have to reschedule the rest of the day for my appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've always been great about returning my phone calls quickly. They usually return my call within a couple days.
