I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
