They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
