Rachel, the hygienist is horrible. Other staff is great but she ruins it. Never have I had such a rough cleaning, not to mention such horrible customer service. She was rude and snotty. Had an attitude that she was better than everyone else. We will not be going back.

Let me start off by saying that I believe Dr. Anderson is an amazing dentist. I had seen him for an emergency visit and he took wonderful care of me. I liked him so much that I decided to switch my entire family over to his care for all our dental needs. The reason I'm rating this office so low is because of his hygienist. I believe her name was Rachel..very curly hair, larger woman. She was extremely condensing and snotty to myself and to my husband. When I mentioned I had step children she told me her whole life story...including how she's been divorced twice. I can only assume she wanted a pity party but give me a break. Leave the drama at home. She was extremely unprofessional. We will not be returning to Dr. Andersons office until he replaces his hygienist with someone more fit for the job.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
