They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Overcharged me. They DO NOT work with your insurance and expect you to pay when they are at fault. They base what you personally pay on faulty information. THIS office in Gilbert on Baseline Road are a bunch of CROOKS. Stay Away ! Expensive.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
