I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
