All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
