Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was amazed at how kind they were, they even called me at least every week after my surgery to check up on me and see if there was anything they could help me with. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Dr and his staff are amazing and make you feel right at home. Dr is compassionate and always smiling. Would recommend for any service offered. His bedside manner in the office and hospital was great, he is a wonderful Dr.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They gave me some to look at before I even asked
