This is a horrible place to make an appointment. There is no point in making an appointment, other than to let them know you plan to show up, because they do not "keep' appointments. You are expected to understand that you may wait up to three hours to see the doctor. This is not a one time thing. It happens to everyone who goes there. No exceptions. They have NO REGARD for those who are in the waiting room.

Hey, newsflash, cut back on appointments if you can't handle the volume!
