There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They knew everything about all the latest medical advancements, and they even knew about ones that had occurred very recently. It was obvious that they kept up on their research. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They really care about informing their patients, and made sure I understood all of my treatment's risks and benefits. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
