Worst decision Ever!! I paid upfront for services and did not receive satisfaction due to the denture tech not being trained well enough or just generally doing a bad job, in any case I had my first, which they said was the temporary set , then after my gums healed would receive another set for my finals...well I only had the first Temps for a week because they were completely unbearable, and so he admitted they were a bad set and made another for me, I continue Ueda to have problems and made 16 trips in all for adjustments and what have you on THEIR suggestions to come back so they could fix them, always admitting their fault until I got my final set 9 mo later and the bite is off my 1/2 cm, of course it felt ok when I was in the room but until u wear them an hour or so or even a day you can't really tell much about how they are going to work, so I called back 4 days later and went in, 50 mile drive mind you & he took a loom, realized that yes the bite is off, (which would require them to reheat the wax and move them over) and he said well I'm done unless you want to buy another denture. I was SHOCKED to say the least, this came out of nowhere and no implications before that they would be this way. So I asked "are you telling me this isn't satisfaction guaranteed and you feel okay about me walking out of here knowing I've been on soft foods only due to this the last week and your not willing to help me at all?" He said no I will not, I explained that this is not my fault that the teeth were improperly made and that I thought he had to at least give me what I paid for as in teeth with the ability to function so I could eat properly, he said well you are wearing them even if they don't function the way you want. So needless to say I spent 1000 for absolutely nothing. I left the office and had a copy of my records made when I left and made an appt at another dentist, that's how badly they did, I have RA and lupus and have a hard time gaining weight so my teeth are important for my health, he knew that as well. All he was concerned about was more money, not fixing what they have wronged. And don't believe them when they say you have 1 yr to get your final set and be satisfied, my year will not be up until may so please read what you sign. I wish I had reviews him more before I chose him.
