Most rude staff on the phone I have ever encountered. Didn't even get a chance to set up an appointment because I was so turned off by their behavior. They failed to answer simple questions - like "how far out are you currently scheduling appointments?" and the worst one of all is Caroline. She actually put me on hold and then came back to say "I can't help you" and hung up on me. Rude, rude, rude. I can't believe this employee is allowed to speak to patience.
Run from this practice.
