I had the worst experience in my life!!! They just threw me to the dogs. They cancelled 3 of my appointments after a surgery.

I am never usually skeptical with doctors nor do I ever usually leave bad ratings but Dr. Brown has never fully made me feel comfortable. At one point she made me question if she was really looking out for my interests when I was asking about birth control. I told her specifically that I did not want to use yaz or anything related but she kept on pushing me to use beyaz, even if I told her I was not comfortable. It almost made me feel like she was being paid to push this product. At first, I was comfortable enough with the receptionist, however I never thought she was particularly "welcoming", more so than just doing her job. When it came to leaving voicemails, she regarded one of my health concerns as a "problem", and I quote "Your appointment at 10oclock for that "problem" you have". I was irked that she would refer to my health concerns as a "problem". After I decided that I wished to try visiting another gynecologist, the receptionist was exceptionally difficult to deal with when I asked to transfer my records to another gynecologist. She not only asked me "Why are you leaving us" during that first phone conversation, but also called me a second time after I left her office only to ask what my reason of leaving their practice is once again. This just seemed extremely unprofessional to me. Dr. Brown's main nurse, Sue, is the only person I felt comfortable with. She is an amazing and knowledgeable nurse, constantly providing comfort and definitely mades me feel like I can trust her. Otherwise, I would recommending finding another doctor.
