The office, restrooms, waiting area are particulary nice and well kept. Dr. Hancock is well informed and clearly current with the latest research and clinical recommendations. He is personable, caring, and truly listens. The doctor and the staff are respectful and considerate. You could not be in better hands.

He had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in his office before we even moved to the exam room so as not to miss anything. He is extremely thorough, but also very personable and easy to talk to. The building is handicapped accessible. The staff is great and call backs are prompt. Dr. Hancock stays up to date on the latest advances and discusses the pros and cons of new procedures and tests.
