They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. 1 year ago I walked into Dr Shifreen's office barely able to move around and my flexibility due to my back problems left me with a poor quality of life. I have had manipulation therapy monthly along with neuro and prolotherapy every couple of months. I am now able to move freely and my quality of life improved dramatically. I would not even think about changing or searching for another MD for a very long time. He takes the time to work with my schedule along with listening to my concerns at each and every visit. I would highly recommend Dr Shifreen and his courteous staff to anyone that needs medical attention.
