Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
