Doctor is great, office staff deserves zero stars; I waited an extensive amount of time at an appointment that they had rescheduled - other patients were seen before me, finally was seen after a 2 hour wait and spent only a few minutes with the doctor. Information was submitted incorrectly by them and I was billed for the appointment... lots of run arounds with billing, a collection agency (after 90 days, while it was still being disputed), I was able to get insurance to pay for it without any assistance at all from the office staff. And, one of the office staff kept calling me with my test results after I'd already spoken to her... she accused me of not returning her calls, I reminded her of the date and time that we spoke and I was told that she keeps accurate records and that I was wrong and hadn't spoken with her. Additionally I was supposed to have completed paperwork by the 1st appointment, never got it (this happened to my coworker with this office too!)
So... inefficient staff that kept me waiting hours past my scheduled appointment time with no explanation. Inefficient staff who calls you with your test results repeatedly and accuses you of not returning calls. Inefficient staff that does the medical coding. Inefficient staff who didn't mail out my paperwork prior to the appointment. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful staff save only for the doctor himself and the medical assistant who pre-surgical prep information.
