Had an appt. got one tooth pulled. Made another got two teeth pulled, then made an appt. to have teeth cleaned and checked. I show up on time, when called back, assist. says which tooth are we pulling today? I said my appt. is for a cleaning, not to have a tooth pulled. She went to the receptionist and they told me to come here. When I approached the desk she said I will have to reschedule your appt. because we have no one available. She said they had one hygienist in Ok. on family emergency and the sub. just up and left. I rescheduled for another day but the more I thought about how things went, I decided to cancel and not to return. As they had a man come in after I did, he stated he had a 10 o'clock appt. same as mine and he got called to the back. I always paid in full in cash. I guess they can't handle cash paying customers. I would rather find someone who can handle their practice and office themselves and not let his office staff and assistants and hygienist run it for him, with an attitude.
